The Lighthouse Clinic is a collaborative mental health clinic that provides high quality treatment from simple struggles to complex psychiatric illnesses. The clinic is home to experienced psychologists, a psychiatrist, and a dietitian who can work independently or together to tailor treatment to your needs.

The Lighthouse Clinic is home to a general practitioner run women’s health clinic for all people going through perimenopause / menopause.
Dr Annelise Jen’s holistic approach and specialist training fills an important gap in women’s healthcare and aims to optimise wellbeing through this time.

Whether it be a bump in the road, major life crisis or an ongoing psychological issue, The Lighthouse Clinic is able to help.
We offer a broad range of treatments. Short term targeted approaches can assist people by providing practical strategies, education and deeper understanding. Others will benefit from longer term therapy that addresses underlying issues and facilitates long term healing. Many people work directly with one clinician, while others may collaborating with different clinicians within the clinics multidisciplinary team for more comprehensive care.
OUR TEAM
Meet our Clinicians
Our team includes a Psychologist, a Dietitian, a Psychiatrist and a General Practitioner that have a broad range of experience and skill. These include nutrition and psychological education, CBT, mindfulness, ACT, DBT, Schema therapy, Motivational Interviewing and group therapy. Dr Andrew McKensey also treats more complex Psychiatric treatments using psychodynamic therapies. A multidisciplinary team approach is adopted for conditions such as eating disorders. Dr Anneliese Jens is a General Practitioner specialising in perimenopause / menopause care.
